Thank you for your order. As stated on the product page a new order has been placed however it is taking up to 30 days to get our shipment in due to customs and making sure they are virus-free. Orders are delivered in the order they are received. You will get an email once your order has been received here in our office.
Due to the nature of the product refunds cannot be issued on shipped or delivered face masks. Refunds can be issued on face masks not shipped or delivered. Refund requests can be made via email only.
